Lusófona integrates the MC of two new COST actions: PIMENTO and PROTEOCURE
COST Action 'A sound proteome for a sound body: targeting proteolysis for proteome remodeling.' (PROTEOCURE) aims at fostering research and innovation in the field of proteolysis, with the goal of dissecting cell proteolysis machinery for development of innovative therapies.
COST Action 'Promoting Innovation of ferMENTed foods (PIMENTO)' has the goal of placing Europe at the forefront in microbial food development, promoting health, regional diversity, local production at different scales, contributing to economic and social development, and food sovereignty.
