As part of the ongoing COST Action CA20128 “Promoting innovation of fermented foods” (PIMENTO), Professor Emilia Borba, from ECTS, attended the Training School that took place on 27 and 28 August at the Agroscope in Bern, Switzerland. This Training School, designed to foster innovation, knowledge exchange, and capacity building under the CA20128 framework, underscored the importance of international collaboration in scientific research and training.
