New PhD in Animal Health and Food Safety

Ariana Saraiva, supervised by the CBIOS Integrated Member António Raposo, presented her Doctoral Thesis, entitled “Natural Sweeteners in Food and Beverages, an Alternative to Sucrose”, on 23rd July, at the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain, obtaining the highest mark, Sobresaliente “cum laude”.
