On the upcoming 4th of July 2017, from 15h to 18h, the Iberoamerican Symposium on Sweeteners: Safety, nutritional aspects and benefits in food and beverages will take place in the Agostinho da Silva Auditorium of the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias.
This event's organization will be provided by the Nutrition Research Foundation, in collaboration with CBIOS - Research Center for Biosciences & Health Technologies from ECTS (School of Sciences and Health Technologies) of the Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias. Several Iberoamerican Societies will be represented at the event.
Registration will be free, but limited to the auditorium's capacity. Online form submission will be mandatory.
